We offer a 15-day return window for all REDMAGIC devices to ensure you have the best gaming experience possible. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your REDMAGIC account and visit the 'My Orders' section to submit a return request within 15 days of delivery.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your device in its original box, include the RMA form, and use a tracked shipping service to send the item to our service center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
